v1.10.17-lts

中午的时候升级了v1.10.17-lts，此时正好有任务在执行，结果导致失败：

备份对象并没有实际备份完成，但服务关闭，产物仍然存在备份路径下

缓存清理也扫描不到

请描述你建议的实现方案

现阶段只能手动清理，建议最好可以自动清理备份失败，如果不好判定，可以考虑在缓存清理中扫描清理
