Add support to data mining of information from repository .github yml files.

inputs
- control of this feature - enabled/disabled (default disabled)
outputs
- path to the generated root

Expected outputs:

list of jobs and when they are initiated
description of jobs (link)
What it does, when it runs, Env it runs on, Grouping same workflows under one banner.
Generate with missing data but visualize missing information by icon.
