[BUG] deploy --publish does not update local event-jsons after success

Current Behavior

after deploy --publish was run for journeys, the events are kept as is.
only after manually running retrieve on them does one get the updated interactionCount / publishedInteractionCount:

the same is true for journeys:

Expected Behavior

deploy --publish should auto-refresh the event and the journey from the server after success

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Run '...'
4. See error...
