/lib being a symlink to /usr/lib causes appimage-builder --generate to fail to find libraries #361

On ubuntu 24.04.1 /lib is a symlink to /usr/lib.

Packaged libraries install to, e.g., /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libX11.so.6, but when linked are accessed at /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libX11.so.6.

That means dpkg-query -S fails to find a package for that file:

dpkg-query: no path found matching pattern /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libX11.so.6

I can't get any output due to #360 but I'm assuming this will cause most libraries not to be included in the generated configuration.
