Steps no longer transition in v1.0.0-preview2

Describe the Bug

In Step layout using New-PodeWebSteps, clicking the "Next" button does not move to the next step.
It was working correctly in v1.0.0-preview1, but it stopped working in preview2.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use the latest Step sample scripts.

2. Fill in the first form as appropriate and click "Next" button.
3. No transition to next step
