Describe the Change

Add ability to provide an array of values as -SelectedOptions to New-PodeWebCheckbox (that works with -AsSwitch) for pre-selection of values.

Additional Context

Similar could be accomplished with New-PodeWebSelect -Multiple, but not for Switches...
This is particularly helpful when providing a undefined amount of values that shall be rendered as switches
