Add bmx to package managers, e.g. chocolatey #209

To get bmx locally on Windows, I:

  1. Created a local folder for it.
  2. Added that folder to my path.
  3. Downloaded a bmx release.
  4. Copied the bmx_v2.0.1.exe to the aforementioned folder.
  5. Renamed the exe to bmx.exe.

I'd love to be able to instead do:

  1. choco install bmx
