Is bs3 an alternative choice for BrowserSync? #1

So i can u have two projects, named browser-sync and bs3, i can use the example in browser-sync to demonstrate the scroll and click sync, however cannot sync scroll in the bs3.
So Is bs3 an alternative choice for BrowserSync?
