Can`t launch the install.py #867

Hello, everyone.
I used to try to install and run some Python libraries on my PC, and almost always I had problems with it that I just couldn't solve. I just gave up on it...
Now I'm trying to install automatic1111 and I'm having the same problems:
I installed Python 3.10 (as everyone recommends), and made a git clone - at this step everything works fine, but then problems appear.
The console opens and immediately closes when I try to run the install.py file. If I open the same file with IDLE and try to run it, I see the problem:
...modulenotfounderror: no module named 'launch'
I tried to find and solve the problem myself, but nothing worked. Since I have already had problems with Python before, I think the problem may be in my windows (maybe try reinstalling it?).
I would be very grateful for your help if anyone has any advice or additional questions.
