Recordings disappear, import from File browser needed

On occassion, let's have it at 10%, the recording disappears after some app activity. Upon opening the list of recordings, the user notices and has to import the file from "file browser" in app settings, as marked in red.

Triggers: unclear, yet it affects manually renamed recordings, and may be put into effect by closing the app, recording while the app is still processing the lrevious one, cancelling the waveform calculation.

In fact, certainly one file completely disappeared from both the list as well as the file browser.

Version 0.9.26, Android 11, Samsung OneUI 3.1, battery savings off.
