Create a Helm chart to deploy EUSurvey on Kubernetes with dependencies on :

Tomcat Bitnami Helm Chart customized with tomcat 8.5, EUSurvey war and eulogin certificate (for application deployment)
MariaDB Bitnami Helm chart (for database management).

The chart should allow users to override values (e.g., database passwords, replica counts, ressources quotas etc.) through the values.yaml file.
