Allow direct linking to FormField::Tab content on DETAIL page #6442

Short description of what this feature will allow to do:
Direct linking to content within a tab - #tab-tab-2 will go the page, and display the correct tab content

Example of how to use this feature
This works as expected on the EDIT Action pages:
edit_tab2

but does not work on the DETAIL Action pages:
detail_tab1
