q: are there any other documents where the student committee president's name is not appropriate?

This file contains such things: https://github.com/EotvosCollegium/mars/blob/development/resources/views/latex/invitation.tex I don't think they are used anywhere in the codebase and should not be the part of it.
I have grepped a couple of prior presidents' names (like Kocsis, Rémai, Varga, Luksa), and have only found this file.
