Fature: Attribute Auto-Completion in WebStorm

Currently, WebStrom is not providing any hints on which parameters the font awesome icon library supports.

Create a JSON file that contains the definitions.

Schema: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/JetBrains/web-types/master/schema/web-types.json

Bundle it in dist/web-types.json

An Example can be found in bootstrap-vue
