Rename Data Manager role

This role (when used in the context of our help pages) is assigned to Eric Booker, who is the Place Data Manager. Currently, in the help pages, the coordinator is asked to contact the 'Data Manager' for help (which does make sense), but it goes to the wrong person, which in this case should be our Source Data Manager. See example below:

We need to create a link to the correct manager, there correctly is no role defined for this on FR as far as I can tell, as well as fix the help page.
