Esc to show exit full screen confirmation [bounty: 8 XTR]

When pressing Esc and there's no view or close or ability to deselect, there should be a dialog to confirm or cancel if exiting fullscreen mode, but only if that's true. Pressing Esc again would hide the dialog.
