npm ERR code 503

I'm trying to execute the command to install gitbook-cli.

npm install gitbook-cli

And im getting the error messages

npm ERR! code E503
npm ERR! 503 service unavailable: gitbook-cli@latest
npm ERR! A complete log of this run can be found in:

Any solutions/suggestions?
