ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sqlalchemy.ext.declarative.clsregistry' error after downloading cum #80

after I just downloaded cum using the command pip3 install cum, I get the error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sqlalchemy.ext.declarative.clsregistry'. How do I solve this? I am using ubuntu 20.04 and python 3.8.5
