[Feature request]: Add ability to change channel of an already released version

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I recently moved my plugins to hangar, and uploaded all versions of my plugin. Unfortunately I forgot to set some versions as beta of the plugin, and to set them as such I would need to delete and re-add them, which isn't really useful since they would pop up as newer versions of the plugin

Perhaps an edit button to change a release channel

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Delete and re-add them manually, but as I've already explained it would be a bit of a problem
