Allows project author to set release channel for the download button

Is your feature request related to a problem?

In our projects ViaVersion, ViaBackwards and ViaRewind we mostly work with pull requests and therefore the master branch is mostly stable (even though snapshot versions are used between releases). So it would be good for us to have the Download button downloading the latest snapshot so new users automatically download bug fixes which aren't part of the current release.

Implement a selection for the Release channel (or maybe an exact version) to be downloaded when clicking the Download button.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Maybe having the Download button redirecting to the versions page, although I like my solution described above more.

mmh, we already have a button for " Latest version is pinned on main project page" on the channel, adding one for the download button shouldnt be hard
