Not updating HHA when happ is disabled

Currently after checking all the conditions after which the app is disabled on the holoport, HHA needs to be updated as well.

This is not done, and so the Host-console will not show the right state.

This is not affecting matching server since matching server checks for the conditions anyway and so it removes the host from hosting when it does not match those conditions
