Issue: When the connection to chaperon is lost/chaperone becomes unavailable, web-sdk does not timeout/catch and return the error to client ui.

Steps to reproduce:

sign up/in as holo agent via chaperone auth modal
arrive at landing page (inbox for holofuel)
immediately disconnect from the internet
after 1min reconnect to the internet and confirm reconnection
notice that the zome calls do not resolve
notice that no errors are thrown/returned from web-sdk
