GUIslice-Builder does not work on Win11 #269

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Complete the setup with the setup wizard
  2. open the application
  3. Hover the mouse around the top left menu bar and hold it hovering in 1 spot for a few seconds
  4. Move the mouse around the screen and see what appears to be multiple windows for the builder

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Crash log / Project files
was not able to open a project or anything
-using the win build file from the most recent release

  • Builder version:
  • OS: Windows 11

Additional context
This is the first time i have tried to use the builder.

@MeteorTheProto I only use Windows 11. So it's not true that the builder doesn't work with win11.
I expect it has more to do with either win11 update level, your GPU driver or your type of CPU.
My update level is:
2024-08 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5041587)
Is your CPU not x64 based? Maybe AMD?

So I was actually messing around with another software and the same thing happened. I will get back to you on the update and GPU version, I believe my computer is x86 and has an Nvidia RTX 2070 Super gpu
