Use inline images for all emails

Many email client programs will not load external resources for privacy reasons when opening emails. This includes resources such as stylesheets or images. This resources are usually blocked for privacy or security reasons, or people might be downloading emails for offline reading.

As we are Itemize after all, we should probably offer privacy friendly emails without external resources needed to be loaded.
