Multithreading, settings, and more!

This release includes multithreading from unreleased 0.3.3, customizable settings, the ability to change the color scheme, tons of security fixes, improved audio support, a current DHT nodes file, chat window scrolling, and tons of other bug fixes!

Minor spelling fix

This release fixes our lack of spell check abilities.

Audio support

This release adds audio calling support to Toxic. In addition, it adds performance fixes, changed unknown to Anonymous, fixes OS X clang issues resulting in blank screens, fixes some IPv4/v6 issues, switches servers to nodes, and removes ~ DHTNode file support, in favor of a working share/DHTNode.
