Insomnia - XDEBUG plugin not longer working on latest update

Expected Behavior

I expect the xdebug checkbox to appear after installation/reload to the right of the submit button.

Actual Behavior

Xdebug checkbox is not showing up on the right submit button.

Reproduction Steps

Install xdebug plugin
specify full name of npm package
hit install

Is there an existing issue for this?
