Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I know English, but not excelent, and I need to rarely translate some posts from English. Now only way is change app ui lang.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to specify language you'd like translate to(or set to default).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Only use different ui land with only eng.
