Clean up old branches

I ticket of the lowest priority for if we need something to do on a quiet day. We have a lot of branches, some of them very old that could be deleted from the repo to clean things up. Worth looking into if there is an automated or semi automated way to have git delete branches that haven't had anything pushed to them in more than, say, a month.
