To prepare for the board meeting demo:

Finalize a user story that is close to real life scenario for the demo, so the board can see the connections between the software tool and actual visit on the floor and understand what the software tool can do and how it can be used.
Prepare a short paragraph for priming, which will go out with the meeting invitation (early October).
