Update data models diagrams

After the DOE meeting for board meeting demo priority and planning, the data models on Figma need to be updated.

• Naming verbiage of entities Small things from conversation with Nate and Bruce #204
• Association/connectivity between the entities Add Industrial Equipment connectivity to Assessment #206

• Verbiage
  - Changing “Energy equipment” page name to “Industrial System Inventory”
  - Changing “Process equipment – end uses” page name to “End Uses Inventory”
  - Even smaller verbiage changes like “Direct Cost Impact”  “Financial Benefit” and others
• Connections between pre-assessment & assessment/NEBs
  - Assessments will be “Assessment Type” focused instead of “Energy Equipment” focused, but will have connectivity to the individual equipment outlined in the “Industrial System Inventory” page
  - Energy Opportunities and NEBs will have connectivity to End uses
  - Eventually help text will guide people to only fill their inventories with things that are relevant to the assessment they are doing at the moment (if they are doing a steam assessment, they don’t need to outline all the compressed air end uses, though if they later do a CA assessment, their End Uses page might get kind of big, so we may want to think about filtering and stuff in the future)
