Suggestion: show what version/branch I'm using #70

As the title suggests: I think it would be a good idea to have a command that shows the currently used version/branch of pkgin. Something like pkgin -v or similar would work. This would make troubleshooting and bug reporting probably a lot easier.

P.S.: See this issue with a missing package in pkgsrc for context of how this idea came about and some comments by @jperkin.

Maybe I'm missing something but:

$ pkgin -v
pkgin 0.9.4 for NetBSD-7.0.0_PATCH x86_64 (using SQLite 3.8.3.1)

This feature exists from the beginning, what more would you like it to show?

Well, this is very helpful already, what's missing is information about the release version (e.g. pkgsrc-2016Q1). Sorry for being unclear.

The current bulk building infrastructure that produce the packages doesn't yet allow that, and the url isn't always descriptive (unlike https://pkgsrc.joyent.com/packages/Darwin/2015Q3/).
