Methods selection needs to be wider or re-size-able

Distinguishing methods in this dropdown is really difficult and would be facilitated if it were wider or could be resized.

So I have been able to fix this but it presents another problem and that is some of the methods have very long titles causing the window to look bloated because it is trying to fit them all. This picture shows this. One way to fix this is to have short strings which we can do by showing the method code or name instead of the description(i assume this is the description). Another idea is to have a table similar to the one the affiliations has. If there is another idea we can try that too

What about making the form re-sizable so that the user can view it widely if desired? Otherwise, either of your suggestions work. I think showing a table similar to the Affiliations would better permit scrolling up and down as well as side to side.
