Improve VT Notes with table sort and colour code

Use case

As an analyst, when I view the VT results table, I want to see the table sorted by category worst to best, and colour-coded, so it's immediately evident the nature of the results

Current Workaround

I have to scroll through the entire table manually

Proposed Solution

Sort with Malicious categories at the top, and harmless at the bottom.

Alternatively, if analysts prefer engine alphabetical sort, then at least colour-code the category field (malicious=red, harmless=green), for easy visual reference. Could do this whether or not we sort the table by category.
