Steps to reproduce

Randomly ocurred when starting flask.

Expected behavior

A flask server should be started and a html template rendered.

Actual behavior

The bug did not stop the server to continue running normally.

This issue was already fixed (see #1306). Please upgrade to the 2.2.6 version of PSReadLine from PowerShell Gallery.
