Steps to reproduce

when you have some code and you want to add it to git start with git add . then you have to commit it when writing
git commit -m but it will generate the exception when you try to put the message in quotation.

Expected behavior

No Exception. I have to be able to commit the code with the proper message

Actual behavior

I couldn't commit the code because an exception occurred when I tried to add the commit message
note
if I tried 3 times the exception could go for one time

You are using a very old version of PSReadLine, likely prior to 2.0.0-beta2. So, please upgrade to the latest version. See the upgrading section for instructions. Please let us know if you run into the same issue with the latest version.
