Missing attribute header in MPF docs

We should have HAS_QUIMB and HAS_TENPY, like this

However, we're missing the header for HAS_QUIMB

Note that the text exists for HAS_QUIMB and we create the <Attribute> component in #2328! But we don't create the header.
