Improve documentation of command-line tools

I'm a data architect but not a programmer (ok, I program in Perl but try to hide it).
So I like command-line tools. Eg I use Jena RIOT.
I was wondering what command-line tools are in rdflib.
I think they are poorly documented:

• https://rdflib.dev/ doesn't mention any
• https://rdflib.readthedocs.io/ doesn't mention any at top level
• https://rdflib.readthedocs.io/en/stable/apidocs/rdflib.html mentions rdflib.tools in the middle of a huge HTML page that comes to 283-pages printed (!!)
• So I found them using search https://rdflib.readthedocs.io/en/stable/search.html?q=command
• At the bottom of this page https://rdflib.readthedocs.io/en/stable/utilities.html
• https://rdflib.readthedocs.io/en/stable/apidocs/rdflib.tools.html#module-rdflib.tools describes them, but in developer terms. It doesn't list the tool names explicitly, nor the command-line options.
