Include consumed products from subscription

Some subscriptions include several products out of which some can be consumed, and that still needs to be reported. Include a column per host / subscription that lists the consumed product(s).

Data is available in "subscription_facet_attributes" -> "installed_products" output of v2 api -> sysdetailedurl call.
