udev on smallvil

Hello!

I'm trying to make a simple wayland compositor that I can slowly and gradually add stuff to it, and smallvil seems like a decent resource to reference, since it doesn't do too much for me (someone that has no idea how to make a wayland compositor, but I'm kinda trying to learn bit by bit)

but I can't actually use it in a tty if it doesn't have udev,

I don't know if it's reasonable to add udev as another backend to smallvil, but it would be really helpful

what do you think?
