User/room mentions in room topics are not resolved

Topics contain literal <@UXXXXXX> when a user is mentioned in a room topic.
The topic should probably be parsed for slack formatting.

Topics on matrix can't be formatted, though, so this is a feature that does not exist on the matrix side.

Would it be an idea to translate slack user/room mentions to their display name on matrix?
e.g. <@UXXXXXX> => username instead of using a userpill and <https://google.com|evilcorp> => https://google.com.

I realise this might lose some information for links but mentioned usernames and rooms will make some sense.
