Editing an attribute part-way down list of attributes, loads editing page part-way down

When one edits an attribute, provided to an element from a class, if the attribute in question is part-way down the list of attributes then the editing page loaded is shown not at the top.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add element to a customisation
2. Go to edit its attributes
3. Scroll down to att.typed
4. Click on pencil next to type attribute
5. Scroll up to see top part of the editing screen
