Prevent people from entering spawn while in combat

- Teleport people to their last known location once they leave spawn
- (Experimental) Bounce people back when they try to enter spawn
- (In-Development) Create a wall of stained red-glass to prevent combat
loggers from entering spawn
- Only be shown to the person in combat so other people can still pass through
- Not done on the main thread to prevent lag
