Schema setup script does not create prod or test db's

When going through the setup instructions, I had to create two databases in order to get the app and tests to run:
tekkenchicken
tekkenchickentest

Propose that we add the db creation step (optionally) to the init script so that a fresh install can get up and running asap in case we need to migrate to another server etc.
