Describe the bug
When an item does not have a DOI assigned, running get_data will prompt for generating it. After selecting 'yes', and the readme is generated, the citation from the readme does not have the DOI. Instead, it has the URL to the dataset.

Reproduction Steps

  • Run get_data on a submitted dataset that does not have a DOI already reserved
  • When prompted, generate a DOI.
  • Note the citation in the readme does not have the DOI.

Outputted Messages

Version information

  • LD_Cool-P version: 1.1.8

Expected behavior
The DOI is present in the citation
