Currently tlo batch-list can't be used to search for all previously completed jobs. Using tlo batch-list --completed -n 1000 only returns around 30 jobs completed recently. Similarly using tlo batch-list --find will not return jobs which were completed previously (but such jobs can still be downloaded using the full job id)
