In UglyToad.PdfPig.Parser.Parts.CrossReference, I encountered a "divide-by-zero" error for a pdf file. In CrossReferenceStreamParser.Parse(), this file has several parts for which both decoded.Count and fieldSizes.LineLength are 0 (zero).
I have now changed my copy of the code to first create the builder and then just return builder.Build() if decoded.Count == 0.
In what scenario could a pdf file have such parts for which both decoded.Count and fieldSizes.LineLength are 0 (zero)?
