None of js and css files reached after installation (404 Not Found) #1132

Description

I've just installed the Victoire CMS and when I go on the landing page or /login one, each js and css files fall to 404 error.
Examples of files names :

router.js
fos_js_routes_prod.js
1b37284.js
0095412.js
0565b05.js
de3b1bc.css
eba2736.css

Resolution Ideas

I think I missed some steps, maybe an assetic dump or something...
It seems the js files must be in .../web/js/... and they're not.
