It freezes for a few seconds when opening and closing the task manager when you go to the taskbar with properties. I've seen this behavior with a few other apps, the problem has been around for a long time, but I haven't figured out exactly what's causing it.

The problem of the task manager freezing was solved by turning the service back on.
modify disable-services.ps1:
#"ndu" # Windows Network Data Usage Monitor
