Multiple Source Filtering

Needs a bit more clarification around desired behavior for 'and' and 'or' filtering. For categories now, multiple sources are 'and' within the facet. For sources, should that be 'or' within the facet?

I was typing the AND vs OR distinction, and @jennywalsh's addition just popped in making the same point! Thanks! And yes, current behavior is AND, and the desire here seems to be to change it to OR.
