The UI should show some hint if suggested statements or references are available, even if the part where they are found is currently collapsed. This is the default for references. For statements, it only happens when there are long lists of statements that do not have the suggestions on top. The challenge is to find a good but not overly intrusive display for this.

This has now been implemented for collapsed statement lists. It remains unclear how to achieve this for collapsed references, where only a little arrow is displayed right now.
